Description: This brilliantly-clear yet darkly-colored rosé is full of strawberries and licorice on the nose. The moderate acids slip into berry fruit skins and ease their way through your palate, creating an overall light and joyful experience.

Notes: This Rosé spent 24 hours on the skins in the primary fermentation tanks before being transferred into a separate stainless steel vessel. This process, commonly known as the saignée method, produces a rich red color and contributes additional flavor and body to the wine.
