Description: This off-dry melomel-style wine is a blend of blackberries and honey which were co-fermented. Fruity and balanced, this honey wine is aromatic with a full body.
Varietal: 70% Colorado Wildflower Honey, 30% Blackberry Fruit	Alcohol: 13%
Chemistry: 22 Brix, pH: 3.56, TA: .58g/l, Residual Sugar: 1.3%
