Description: This off-dry melomel-style wine is a blend of cranberries and honey which were co-fermented with ginger. Light and fruity, this refreshing honey wine has a complex body accented by the slight zing of ginger.

Chemistry: 22 Brix, pH: 3.49, TA: .46g/l, Residual Sugar: 1.3%
